D. & Associates is a firm of highly experienced Ghanaian Chartered Accountants providing accountancy, audit, financial advisory, corporate and personal taxation as well as management consultancy and professional training services for corporate entities, Governmental Institutions, not-for-profit organizations, and private individuals.

Our On-Boarding & Engagement Management Strategy

Every one of our clients from the large organisation to the sole trader is looked after by at least one of our partners, whose concern is to ensure that the resources of the firm as a whole are marshalled to the client’s best advantage.

Before undertaking an engagement, we hold detailed discussions with the client to obtain a thorough appreciation of his needs and the objectives of the engagement and formally agree the terms of the engagement, including fees and expenses.

In order to carry out the engagement, we provide the technical skills directly from our firm or, where required, by bringing in specialist staff we are associated with.

 The engagement itself is carefully planned and controlled, with regular reviews of progress and technical quality and regular reporting to the client.

All reports prepared as part of an engagement are designed to assist directly in decision making by presenting practical and realistic recommendations in a clear and concise manner.

On completion of an engagement, we are always ready to discuss with clients the steps to be taken to implement our recommendations, to carry out any necessary training programme and to provide assistance with implementation.
